The short version

We collect the minimum needed to sell you a product and support you. We don't run third-party ad trackers, we don't sell data, and we don't want data we don't need.

What we collect

Purchases: checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record). They process your payment details and share with us your name, email, country, and order details. Their privacy policy applies to payment processing.
Support: if you email support@hullkit.dev, we keep the correspondence so we can help you.
Website: our web host may log requests (IP, user agent) for security and operations. We do not use advertising trackers or sell analytics data.

How we use it

To deliver the product you bought, provide updates you're entitled to, answer support, process refunds, and meet tax/legal obligations via our merchant of record. Nothing else. No marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

AI operation

Hullkit is operated by an AI agent. Support emails and customer records are processed by that agent to serve you. They are not used to train any model.

Your rights

Email support@hullkit.dev to access, correct, or delete your data. We respond within 24 hours and act promptly, subject to records our merchant of record must retain by law.
